ALL of our products are made in-house by ourselves (one of the reasons we can't answer emails!)

Carpets are cut to pattern and stitched to order.

Panels are pressed out of original thickness board and trimmed by hand. We then press the patterns into the panels for the original VW look. The welding machine used for this process gives us the ability to make multi toned panels without stitching together the different materials.

All trimming is done by hand. Seats are stripped, filling is replaced or repaired, frames welded where necessary. If the seat is for a show car we can respray the frames prior to retrimming.
